Winemaking Philosophy
The term "organic" refers to a cultivation method that allows only the use of natural substances for soil fertilization and pest control.
Cultivating organically primarily means working in harmony with nature to obtain grapes of indisputable quality while drastically reducing environmental impact.
Vinification follows traditional methods with a maceration of approximately 12 days at a temperature of 25°C to best express the characteristics of the grape variety. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in steel tanks for several months before bottling.
